Why we exist.
In 2023, AI started writing usable code. In 2024, founders started shipping it. In 2025, the bills came due.
AI generators are excellent at making things work. They are bad at making things last. The same tools that compress weeks of work into hours also compress weeks of decisions into none.
We started Patchlane because every other week, a friend would forward us a Cursor-generated repo with auth that flaked and 47 versions of the same component. The MVP worked. The product didn't exist yet.

Your code, your repo, your call.
Senior engineers or we don't take the job.
If you don't need us, we say so.
How we think about the work.
A small team, just getting started.
Senior engineers with production experience across startups and scale-ups. Remote-first by conviction, not convenience. We're taking our first clients — if you have an AI-built app that needs help, we want to hear from you.
Send the repo.
We'll send the patch plan.
Free 48-hour audit. A senior engineer reads your codebase and replies within one business day — no rewrites, NDA-friendly, code never leaves your repo.
